Because of a SNAFU on their end, we couldn't get Ashley the same day we got Emma but had to wait a day. On their adoption board the next day, they had listed 31 adoptions for the day before. Normally it's like 10-15. :-D

I think you blamed me because I talked about it first on LSSK and "dragged" Laurel into it.AnneHhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01488467979134657176noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7046275230283825203.post-26632408444445300002007-09-07T05:48:00.000-05:002007-09-07T05:48:00.000-05:00Vykky,The bonnet, booties and matching cardigan (n...Vykky,
The bonnet, booties and matching cardigan (not made) are from 2007 Knitting Pattern-A-Day Calendar June 16 & 17th. They are quick knits. I used LusterSheen on size 4 needles. I guess I really need to list that with the pic. :-DAnneHhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01488467979134657176noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7046275230283825203.post-82196938483298167522007-09-03T19:55:00.000-05:002007-09-03T19:55:00.000-05:00Hi Anne, a warm hug and pets to both Ashley and Em...Hi Anne, a warm hug and pets to both Ashley and Emma! All of our pets (5 cats plus one baby-sitting Siamese, one arthritic dog - age 17 and a Bearded Dragon named Liz (for Lizard; how creative - lol), have come to us or are from our local Shelter. I think the ones who need love the most tend to give love the most. (And now I have to see Laurel's cat Kittenhead! Where's the pic?!?) Anne, I adore the baby bonnet. My DD's best friend is due in less than 3 weeks and I want to make hats to go with the "baby blanket that won't end"...where might I find the pattern for that bonnet? Is it knit or crochet? Do let me know...I'll be back to read more - post often!Vykkyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04809094747459079121noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7046275230283825203.post-4977580498661809752007-09-02T11:42:00.000-05:002007-09-02T11:42:00.000-05:00What sweet new pets--awesome that you got them at ...What sweet new pets--awesome that you got them at the Humane society--I read somewhere that most people don't buy them from animal shelters but from pet stores. When ever I think of getting a pet I always think of the shelter first.

I really ought to post a pic of my cat. Kittenhead is HUGE...like a miniature panther.

And I don't know why I blamed you for getting me into the new KAL--now that I think about it maybe it was Laurel...LOL.Birdwellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15566124933906053791noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7046275230283825203.post-47747728422564615082007-08-30T14:25:00.000-05:002007-08-30T14:25:00.000-05:00Glad to have you on board the Secret of the Stole ...Glad to have you on board the Secret of the Stole KAL!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
